Brendan DuBois

Brendan DuBois is the author of more than 15 novels and short story collections, most notably the alternate-history thriller Resurrection Day, winner of the Sidewise Award for Best Alternative History Novel of 1999.  He is a recipient of the Al Blanchard Crime Fiction Award and two-time winner of the Shamus Award, as well as a frequent nominee for the Anthony Awards and the Edgar Allan Poe Awards.  

DuBois’s stories have been published in The Boston Globe Sunday Magazine, The Boston Herald Sunday Magazine and Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine.  His oft-anthologized story “The Dark Snow,” was published in Playboy and featured in The Best American Mystery Stories of the Century.  He is currently at work on his novel, Amerikan Eagle.
