Sheryl Julian is the Food Editor of The Boston Globe. She trained at the Cordon Bleu schools in London and Paris and was deputy director of L'Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, a bilingual cooking school formerly located in Burgundy. She wrote and styled the food column for the Globe magazine for more than 20 years, most recently with Julie Riven. They are authors of The Way We Cook. Sheryl edited The New Boston Globe Cookbook, a collection of recipes from the Food pages of the Globe.
