Four memoirists whose stories range from poignant to hilarious reveal all in this session devoted to the art of writing a life. Join Ben Ryder Howe, author of the comedic My Korean Deli, Carlos Eire, author of Learning to Die in Miami, the follow up to Waiting for Snow in Havana, Maisie Houghton, whose memoir Pitch Uncertain was called “a small masterpiece of self-discovery” in the New York Review of Books, and Sandra Beasley, author of Don’t Kill the Birthday Girl: Tales from an Allergic Life. Moderated by Leslie Gilbert-Lurie, author of Bending Toward the Sun
