Karen Russell is the author of St. Lucy's Home for Girls Raised by Wolves, a collection of short stories, three of which were selected for the Best American Short Stories anthology. She was chosen as one of Granta's Best Young American Novelists and was featured in The New Yorker's debut fiction issue and on The New Yorker's 20 Under 40 list, as well as receiving the 5 Under 35 award from the National Book Foundation. Her debut novel, Swamplandia!, was released in February to rave reviews.
